I'm 65, My trucks that I drive were built in 1999 and 2000, a motor vehicle is a really poor investment.Eh, well, if you're retirement age, you probably don't have a lot of truck/car buying years left. Unless you buy new every 3 years or so. So you're probably correct on that.
I believe newer safer vehicles are for the wife with kids, dad drives a hooptie.
The last new one I bought was 1985. Its not looking good I will buy another new one.
