That's very nice, but it took two years?! You are very patient.

    $$$

Can't pay for it all at once. I swapped parts out a little at a time. Heck, the suppressor alone took four months. :D

I dyed the mags and the sling last night.

Great looking rifle, like the red. Been working on this one for my son. Been setting money aside for the red tactical solutions barre and mag releasel. Hope to have it done by next April when he returns stateside

Are there any actual Ruger parts left in the gun, besides the mags?

The only stock parts left are about 2/3rds of the trigger group. The hammer and bolt release have been replaced. I may swap out the rest of the trigger group at some point, but don't really have a need to. The mags are Ruger, but I bought the clear ones and dyed them myself.

    What rings are those?

I have no idea. Something I picked up at GM last year. They work, which is about all I can tell you. The scope is a Mueller APV, which is not an expensive piece of glass, but it's good enough for me.

who cares how it looks playar...how does it shoot?

I shot Rifleman at my first Appleseed with (most of) that rifle. I'd say it shoots pretty well. The X-Ring receiver hasn't had a real shake-down yet. Only 20-30 rounds so far, but it's smooth like hot buttered snot rockets.
