    I use nothing more than crushed walnut pet bedding, a cap full of Nu finish, and this tumbler! Tumble for 2-3 hours. Works great, and very cost effective! :rockwoot:

    I don't care for corncob media. I have to clean the primer pockets on every shell casing. Always some stuck in there.

    If in fact you're having to clean out primer pockets and flash holes you are using to large a media grind. Head out to Graingers, or on line DrillSpot or Zorro supplies and order 20/40 grit corn cob. Your problems will be solved and this will clean/polish brass just as well.

    Bumping again in case it wasn't seen.... Best to move that to the garage.

    I made the mistake of having mine in doors for about a year before moving them to the garage... I was shocked when I dropped something under my bench and saw just how much red residue had collected on my baseboard under the bench from the walnut media...
