I had a yard full the other evening....here's a shot of a bit of crankiness in action.

This silly bird apparently doesn't realize how big it is.

I had a couple of little four pointers sparring on the camera the other day, but they were mostly off to the side so kept moving in and out of view on the video. I finally am seeing one larger buck on a fairly regular basis.

These two guys traveled through in front of my camera that monitors my driveway last night. I'm sure these are the two that were hanging around together last season with nearly matched antlers.

My buddy Spikey. He's been hanging around the house all summer. He's one ballsy little guy, saw him hook a 8 pt a couple weeks ago that was pestering the doe he's been hanging with this year and got a couple pics of him mixing it up with another tall racked 8 pt along with several of him wrasslin another spike.

I had a pair of spike bucks like that hanging around last year that have returned as four pointers. I love watching them mature. Somehow, I spotted one of those spike antlers after they were shed last spring. I'm still trying to decide what I want to make it into.

I've enjoyed looking through this post. For the past three years, in late spring/early summer, I've had a momma fox and her kits playing on top of my car that's parked in the driveway. I'd come out each morning and my car would be covered with muddy prints. I suspected it was the neighborhood fox, and two neighbors confirmed it by witnessing the "dance party" on top of my car. Next year I need to mount one of these trail cams and see what the party is all about.
