The other thing to understand, a lot of senior citizens try to play the "old person" card to get away with just about anything, and they get quite belligerent if someone makes them follow the rules. Granny got what she deserved, some people said the office could have handled it better. Watch the video again, she'd had the broken tail light for 6 MONTHS. She deserved a ticket, and when the officer wasn't having her old person entitlement attitude, she deserved the rest.
