I would imagine if legislation is passed to allow teachers to carry it would only be logical to allow licensed carriers the responsibility also.

Exactly my thoughts. I say allow any teachers to carry (if they so choose). Require annual training/competency. Require the gun to always be on the teacher (so someone couldn't come along and discover it).

Who would get behind this in Indiana? Who can we get to draft the bill? We should definitely propose the idea and try to get the ball rolling.

If the government is footing the bill, I'd go through every course they wanted me to take. Btw, our Gov. suggested the same thing today.

I agree about the bus drivers too. This is deffinately the direction we need to be going.
