I use my own handloads with 125 gr. XTP HP and 17.8 gr. charge of H110. If you do not reload I suggest that you get a 125 gr. HP load. I believe careful load selection is important to the 357 magnum on deer.
Can you tell me what ammo you use for deer?
I do reload and have a lot of H110. I will try to find some XTP HP and work on some loads.
I use the Levereveloutions myself. Very accurate bullets if loaded right IMO.
I think he will need two loads, one for when the deer is 15 yards away and staring directly at him, and one that will reach out to 150 yards.
Puddly?I shot the 140 bgr LeverEvolution stuff in my Python. It shot great but seemed kinda puddly.
