Took the BAR to a shoot down south a few years back. A younger fellow, vet with some experience shooting experience, shot it from the kneeling position and was surprised at how smooth and accurate it was with short bursts. Another friend of mine, with no infantry experience, shot it down on the KD ranges at Atterbury at a 55 gallon drum 300 yards away. Kept almost the whole mag on it.
The BAR is a mag fed M60. Weight is your friend as long as your not humping it. The 91 or the FAL are made more for carrying, the BAR is made for shooting.

    Pup!
Leadeye used to play with the Rolling Stones! I'd just like to be able to keep up with him. It's not possible.......

Leadeye is just an old geezer who was lucky enough to be in the golden age of FA. I'll bring the M1 and SW 76 to that shoot north of Bloomington if I can get away from work.

Your bike is pedal powered, mine is V-twin Harley powered! :rockwoot: 'MERICA!

    **** YEAH!

I would have freakout out if that happened on a motorbike.
The handle bar got loose from the frame of the bike as I was riding.
    Good thing I wasn't going 30 mph downhill. :):
