They're discussing that the suspense of Glenn alive/not alive was done on purpose.
Because in the apocalypse, there are no cell phones, very little instantaneous communications.
People in the compound have to wait to find out, esp. Maggie.
They wanted us to feel that.

Where did this can come from? I'm sure it was nobody. Just "suspension of disbelief".
Next, all that noise the walkers make.... and one heard the can roll?
