Picked up a new P226 in 9mm yesterday from one of my favorite private dealers...

It's fits nicely with the 1911 and SP2022

Now to find someone with a cheap P225 they don't want :):

    Beautifull Sig family Photo!

    Heres mine.

Up top is the P226 in .40, on the left is the P228 9mm, bottom is the P220 .45ACP and last but not least is the newest addition to my Sig family and EDC rotation, the P229 SAS in .40

A Nightmare 1911 i think will be the next in my extended Sig family.

I recently picked up my first Sig, a P250 subcompact, and just cut a deal for one in the compact size. I know this is considered the red headed stepchild of the Sig family by some but I'm impressed by it. I have a revolver background so the DAO trigger is fine by me. It's proven to be a fine firearm thus far.

Nope look close at the Slide its a P229 SAS Gen2 so it does not have a rail. Also look at the Grips they are they newer Gen2 single piece.

My P228 is Really a P228R but it is not stamped as such so its its kind of an oddity.

So my P228 has a rail but my P229 does not.;)

    A few better close ups

    Mmmmm, Sigs. Very nice.

    Edit: I'll play.

KA (1990) West German P228 and a 2000 German 228. (Two is one and one is none.)

KA (1990) West German, 2-tone nickel P226. Trying out an E2 conversion kit but it will likely be switched back to original.

Here's the old family. Funky P6 and Two Tone 239 have been sold off. Seller's remorse set in, and the P6 has been replaced with a stock one..(great. Another project.) And the 239 WILL be replaced at a later date. Meanwhile, the 229 gets a Metric Poopton of workouts with the .22 upper and a Zephyr XL proto. Plus, a 238 has been added to the family. Current family portrait later.

Can't wait till TGS has the new 220 E 2 grips in stock. I love E 2 grips.
    And short triggers in all.

I have a lonely SP2022 in .40 that I love shooting. I may have to buy it a brother or two.

Those of you with .22lr kits, where did you buy them? I want to get one for my P226.

The only ones I've seen are from Sig and are expensive as all get out.
