Yes, as well as the original federal bill. The IRFRA was pushed by the TEAvangelicals, crafted by them and promoted by them for the express purpose of discriminating against LGBT Hoosiers. There's no falsehood at all. Eric Miller and the others were standing right behind Pence when he signed it. I can't help that you won't accept the truth of the matter.

These are the people who brought us SB101. Their words speak louder than the oppositions.

• A Christian business should not be punished for refusing to allow a man to use the women’s restroom!
• A church should not be punished because they refuse to let the church be used for a homosexual wedding!

Even though IRFRA was never intended to be the thing that cures these issues, some of which we've seen already happen elsewhere, how anybody that values freedom for everybody could look at these points and think they are not just, is beyond me.
