The sad but true part is the notion the Left is pushing that masculinity is toxic.

Not legal yet. But the NY Senate passed a bill that allows abortions all the way through the third trimester, and allows killing babies that survive abortion. Truly evil.

Agreed - but it's not exactly totally what it seems.

I not quite sure, but it seems like an abortion can be performed on a non-viable fetus or to protects the mothers life, by an abortionist. In the past that's a realm where only an actual doctor may operate.

So, no, it's not legal to abort this happy and healthy baby at 12:04. So this meme fact checker says, "false" on this one.

IANAD or a New Yorker, so I don't know all the ramifications.

Not quite. That is one aspect of the new law, but not the most expansive one.

The old law allowed "late term" abortions if the mother's life was at risk.

The new law allows them if the mother's health is at risk. This is much different.

In 1973 in Doe v. Bolton, a companion case to Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court defined what a “health of the mother” abortion is. According to Justice Blackmun, the doctor’s medical judgment as to the health of the mother may be “exercised in the light of all factors—physical, emotional, psychological, familial, and the woman’s age—relevant to the well being of the patient.” The World Health Organization defines health of the mother as “any condition that might impact her physical, emotional, psychological or financial well being”.

Emotional health, mental health, financial health, all have been used to implement the "health of the mother" aspect of abortion laws. In other words, find a practitioner willing to do the procedure, and you will find a practitioner willing to agree that it is for the "health of the woman."

    Right up to birth.

Ah, that is a big difference.

I'm willing to resend my "False".

This, I remember reading of a late term abortion being performed for the "mother's" mental health. It was causing her mental anguish because she would have been pregnant on a cruise.
