Not if you take everyone who subscribes to at least one of those characteristics. I'm sure people who are all three (a progressive libertarian?) are negligible in number. More people without a religion than African Americans, progressives are a giant chunk of Dems, libertarians are growing in number (enough to swing a close election, or pull a Ralph Nader).
