    I've done that before too, with a little butter and brown sugar. Gives it a nice carmelized glaze. I did it this way the last time though, and it came out really good. Super tender... like melt in your mouth tender. :drool:
    I'm in the category of liking salty pork rather than sweet pork (or any other meat in general). :D
