It could be. He loved the boys, but Amie wasn't easy to live with. He was always a hard worker (drove a delivery truck). He sounds like he is open to taking the boys, which would be ideal as long as he wouldn't be putting them in a bad situation.

We may do that today, depending on how quickly the house heats up. The HVAC guys are coming Wednesday for our fall tune up and check, so I need to get a new furnace filter either today or tomorrow. Ours uses the 4" thick ones that are good for 6 months.

If the father doesn't come over today, I think I'm going to try and talk Susan (DM) into taking the boys and going to a fall festival type thing that this farm near us has every year. They have a petting zoo, pumpkin patch, some small rides and a hay fort, hay mound for jumping in, etc..

I think it would be good to get her out of the house. She never even got out of her robe yesterday and she hasn't showered in a couple of days.
