I need to pick up some biscuits. I've got a roll of sausage in the freezer but haven't made B&G for awhile. My thinking was that I'd cut back on carbs, but when I'm making 3 slices of toast with my eggs, I haven't really cut back.

Yep, 2 eggs, so one slice for dipping in each. The third one is to eat the leftover yolk parts along with a slice and a half of bacon to make a sammich. It's a system.

No, about the only time I have jelly on my toast is if I'm having it with an omelet.

That reminds me. I haven't had fried biscuits with apple butter in forever. Used to love eating at the Nashville House down in Brown County and getting those.
