Our shed needs painting again, and a new roof. House trim could probably use painting too.
Our house is brick, so I am only concerned with the window frames. They are old fashioned wood windows. I painted the soffit and fascia (wood also) a few years ago when we had a new roof put on and the gutters were off and then replaced with new.
Ours is Bedford stone and we have vinyl windows, so it's just soffits, fascia and gutters here. Shed is all wood though.
