The OSUT #224 the tide has turned

I was running a test pattern on 3 mm wonder wood I got from Michaels. Not only did it mark the surface but in some areas engraved about 1mm deep.

The pumpkin farm was ridiculously busy, guess the cool morning didn't slow anyone down. We ran to a little farm market type place and got some stuff. $7.20 for a half gallon of cider. Wowser.

Does this work on any material?

It can work on alot of things--Ceramic tile, wood, painted canvas, leather, cork, slate tiles, glass, cloth, acrylic, metal tumblers, etc. This is a low powered diode laser engraver. with a 400mm x 430 bed.

But each and every material will need to be tested or "hacked" to allow for a proper design.
