That reminds me, I have bourbon and fresh cider. This is going to be a good day.I'm going to go to the orchard and pick up a gallon of apple cider today. Bought a bottle of Jim Beam to go with it yesterday.

I wonder if they've raised the price on the cider. It was 9 bucks a gallon last year. That reminds me, I have bourbon and fresh cider. This is going to be a good day.
A little sour cream would rock this dish, unfortunately I had none..I might have to try this too now that I've got a crockpot full of chili. That might be breakfast tomorrow. I'm thinking maybe a little sour cream on the side might be good too.
Mornin' mom! I can remember going to his orchard when I was a little kid. They've been there since 1925. They used to sell it in glass jugs and we'd take them back to be refilled. They had to stop doing that because of health regulations I guess.Hubby saw cider a week or two ago for $8 a gallon and freaked. We used to sell it for $4 when we made our own. That was the good stuff.
It was $5 a half gallon where I got mine, grabbed 2. They were out of gallon jugs, they were $10. Didnt mind the extra $, good people. They've been family owned and been around since I can remember.I wonder if they've raised the price on the cider. It was 9 bucks a gallon last year.
Change of seasons food. That reminds me, I have bourbon and fresh cider. This is going to be a good day.
This is all I have to work with now, couldnt despise the weather more. I'll take it though, better than the alternative.Change of seasons food.
