Dang, after today, there's a chance of rain every day thru Friday. I should probably cut the front yard today even though it really doesn't need it.

I think I have a couple meetings today

It rained hard at times during the night. I also remember some thun and lightning

That was an interesting storm that blew through last night. I don't think we have damage in the yard, but trees were down on the roads in our area. They said there were 75 mph winds a few miles south of us.

My alarm went off this morning and I heard some weird noises on the front porch. Apparently the alarm woke up the two big fat raccoons that were sleeping by the door. Maybe I should close the door or the window so I don't wake them from now on.

Sounds like quite a storm. I hate high winds.

I was a little disappointed in our storm. Glad for no damage, but some more lightning and thunder would've been nice.

I saw one article that said people were trapped on Toto road between downed trees and downed power lines. We never lost power here. I was at the neighbor's house for an Epicure party. I had not heard of this company before but they sell a lot of different seasonings and food related stuff....all sodium free, no high fructose corn syrup, no gluten, etc. I like the no sodium since hubby is supposed to be on a cardiac diet. What we sampled was all very good.

Time to start breakfast. Hopefully I can finish before the boys wake up.

Morning DD. I had a donut, some Belvita breakfast wafers and have a banana sitting here. I should eat the banana but haven't really decided if I want to.

I went out to the orchard Sunday to see if I could pick some apples, but there is nothing left on the trees. I think the deer have done a good job of eating whatever was there.

I'm going with bacon, eggs OE and toast. Boys are going to get cereal when they get up.
