    I said the same thing to my releif when he came in at 6. He works an 11hr shift tonight instead of a 12. He loses an hour of pay, so I'm glad it's him and not me.

    :n00b: Our third shift still gets paid for 8hrs, 2200-0600, even though one of those hours doesn't really exist. Then in the fall they still get paid for 8 but actually work 9.

    They might do it that way at our site too. I was just guessing. I don't have the "inner knowledge" of the Supers and how payroll works.

    The night guards are also subcontracted from another company. Since the site is a State contract we have to have a minority owned company to manage the contract.
