Good Morning/Afternoon guys....depends on where you are

Trail cameras show we hit -9 last night.

Did my morning chores and am finally warmed back up. Working up my ambition to go up to the kitchen and make some nut roll and prepare the ingredients for turkey pot pie tonight. That should finish off the turkey leftovers. We had ham and bean soup yesterday with the ham bone I brought home from my sister's house.

It's a good day to get the oven going and warm up the house a bit.

Just came in from re-shoveling the driveway, sidewalks, and patio. Also started both vehicles to thaw them out and clean all the snow/ice off of them. Now football and fire to warm up.

Hubby is craving pizza. We are having turkey pot pie. He can wait a couple more days. LOL

Nut roll are all rolled out and on the second rise. Need to turn the oven on so the first batch can go in in 30 minutes...then the second batch and then dinner. Whew....the first batch of nut roll has walnuts from our friend's yard...they almost smell a bit boozy. That made me think I needed some rum fudge so after a half dozen pieces of that, I decided I better get out of that stuff. BWAHAHAHAHA
