Physically maybe, but not mentally.
2 years and 9 months to go!
that's why I phrased that question the way I did. No one is ever ready to go back to work

I know how to cheer you up. Jagee can retire in about 40 years, maybe.hey, if I retire at earliest age possible, I only have 10 more years.....

Now cheer me up some more, tell me it isn't 16 days until my daughters wedding. I have to get them a gift yet, I have to get the boys their shirts yet. I need to stop dragging my feet.
I had to go through that in November when the boy got married. Cash is always a great gift.
Ivory is about what I had to get also, the entire wedding party met at kohls, and we all got matching shirts.pretty sure that is what I am going to do. They are remodeling the house, so cash will help with that.
Now to get the boys dress shirts. Ivory, where is the best place to buy mens dress shirts?

Pit Bulls
Grrrr.... we have been without a washing machine for over a week. I refuse to go to the laundry mat, especially in this weather, so I've been handwashing stuff in the tub. Husband drug his feet just long enough to make us get held up by the holidays on ordering a part. Placed an order Saturday for Fed Ex Next Day shipping. Was supposed to deliver yesterday. Nope...it's been lost since Sunday. Went from MI to TN. My righthand man called off work today AGAIN. I'm feeling a bit grumpy!
good news, the boys aren't in the wedding "party" but she wants them to match, she bought all the ties at one time. She is going to ask the hubby, the day of the wedding, to walk the last half of the aisle with her and her Dad, since he has been a father to her the last half of her life now. He isn't aware and I have kept this secret since R proposed to her, many months ago. I don't consider this giving away the secret, he still doesn't know.
Thats a pretty cool decision on her part.

I think that is so cool. When we got married, the Mrs' step dad started her down the aisle, then "handed off" to biological dad and he finished the walk.
