    Stress used to cause me to clench my jaw a lot and that would be very, very bad. Biting nails probably doesn't help either so listen to DB.

    clench my jaw, grind my teeth. So bad sometimes I have a mouth guard I use at night. Hadn't used it in months, been using it a week now.

    I'm gonna be ok. this to shall pass

    my cat likes to sit on the arm of the sofa where I rest my arm. I moved her today, took a lot to get her off of there. Then within 2 minutes she was back, sitting on top of my arm. She wanted that spot

    When I get mad, I have to force myself not to clench my jaw. Chewing gum still makes it hurt so I can't chew it for very long.

    baily does that when I am on the couch. I use a throw cushion for an armrest and he curls up with half his body on my arm and the half on the throw cushion

    Hi all. Got dropped from my classes for non-attendance today.... Even though I've been attending.... I suppose I will be wasting about 2 hours getting this sorted tomorrow..
