One was the cook the other was the baker. Nothing but lard from the butchers shop. Fried round steak in cast iron skillet and made gravy out of the drippings. Damn that stuff was good. It's sad I will never taste there cooking again

Been staying busy in the shop. Afraid to say tranny anymore. Building a 4 speed ratchet for a 65 Harley Davidson.

Nice, I had to give up motorcycles, no way I could afford those, guns, cars/trucks, and renovating my house. Although I still enjoy a good dirt bike run through the woods from time to time.

Hell yes. Grandma M's fried chicken....everyone wanted it. I had shave the ice off the lake to make the ice cream. never saw a point of ice cream in the winter

My God-mother always had a big coffee can full of bacon grease in the fridge. Talk about some good food! She replaced the butter with bacon grease or lard in all her baking.

The bike is a paying project. I sold our bikes years ago so we could go racing again. That is a money pit.
