My grandma lived to be 108 years old. Cooked only with lard!! But she worked her little butt off also!

One was the cook the other was the baker. Nothing but lard from the butchers shop. Fried round steak in cast iron skillet and made gravy out of the drippings. Damn that stuff was good. It's sad I will never taste there cooking again
