    I am not an american, not a gun guy and obviously a scammer because I told a guy that yes you can buy an STI for $1100 and it will be a Philippines made STI trojan and not a Polymer Frame American made STI 2011 Tactical.....

    apparently pointing out where something cheaper makes me a scammer and not a gun guy...

    FWIW, ALL STI 2011 frames are METAL. The grip isn't part of the frame like on a 1911. The polymer part is the grip. Some aftermarket companies are making 2011 frames in aluminum and titanium, but no polymer that I'm aware of.
