    I have GAP on both my cars. I didn't realize you'd get a refund if you don't use it. That's first I've heard of that.

    Yup, and I found out it comes through the dealer, who put the gap on my loan. The only help Ive gotten is from the lady at the gap insurance company. I would buy her a box of chocolates in a big red heart if I could, her info was very VERY helpful.

    Yes it does, my main issue has been looking for where the refund comes from, which I have found it comes from the dealer. Most dealers send it immediately from what I have found, and they sent me a scan of the check, but it does not seem that the check is sent out. Gap company already cancelled the contract. Its on the dealer now.
