    I think we can all 3 agree it should not take 2.5 hours to close a pizza hut [or really any other restaurant]...

    No, definitely shouldn't, but based on multiple variables, sometimes it does. There were other days where I could walk out, set the alarm and lock the doors at the same time.

    No it should not. If we had been slow it should take about 10 minutes because everything besides a few closing dishes should be done. Normal night? Half an hour. Granted we did have a horrific busy night tonight but it should have been an hour tops

    We ran a 70 ticket hour tonight. It was insane. And being understaffed I have NO idea how I didn't lose my oven. I did scream at one of my employees though. He was only trying to help me, but I ended up losing my temper. He was just in the way. He's far too slow on the cut table for a night like tonight
