I always talk to them and more times than not I am let off with a warning

I'm working and hoping that 2" of now they are calling for is gone tomorrow so I can go north

last time I was pulled over I didn't even give him much of a chance to ask. I was in a school zone, I knew it and had let my anger get me. I got a warning.

The new bypass around Kokomo is pretty nice though, depending on how far north you are going.

going all the way to Plymouth and yes the bypass is a blessing. My only concern is the possible drifting across 31
