I wish you wouldn't have said that, I thought you were low on .22.

Yep, this is true.800 rounds isn't much, Wife & I will go through that in one Appleseed.
I think you should. Maybe you'll find some. Youngsters need to know how to shoot! That is low, for 22lr, I have one unopened brick, that I bought last fall at Profire and about 1/2 of a brick that is probably 10 years old. (I don't shoot my .22 often) My daughter likes to shoot it, so I will accommodate her.
I don't have 800 rounds total...let alone of one caliber. I'm a noob though. I want to work on building up stock this year.
I didn't buy my first gun until July of last year. I got on here in May to learn as much as I could.Dang, you are a rookie. That's one of the first thing I did after getting interested in guns again, build up the ammo stash.
My outing had a dual purpose. I haven't had Big Boy for a while, it just so happens that there is a Rural King next to the Big Boy, and I picked up a couple of spouts for my gas cans that broke last summer.

That is not possible unless one has some $ to invest. One can shoot more than they can afford. I limit myself to shooting 1/3 of what I buy. That way I always have plenty around. And buy when you can afford to.I don't have 800 rounds total...let alone of one caliber. I'm a noob though. I want to work on building up stock this year.

I'd like to reload, but then I have to choose between buying the equipment or my next gun. That's why I started to reload, I get to shoot more, and I can work on my stock. Win, win. (reloading makes for quiet daddy time too.)
