I always tell people to pay it forward. The people who help you may or may not need your help, but there is always someone you can help if you just look around for it. I love doing anonymous things or helping someone at the store who is short a few $$ on their bill at the checkout, helping an elderly or disabled person carry out their groceries or get safely to their car, etc. It all comes back to you just maybe not from the place you expected it to come from.

Pay it forward/instant Karma...all about making the world a better place just by being here. Can't do everything for everybody but we can all do a little for somebody............

It actually is instant gourmet coffee. I also have brewable Jamaican Blue Mountain.

I use gourmet instant coffee as well. It's easier as I only drink a cup or 2 each day.

It is true. The average 8 oz. cup has 135 mg of caffeine. My instant gourmet has 9 mg per cup. No, not a typo... 9 mg.

No BS in this case. I'm a straight shooter & won't lie to ya. It really is true about brewed vs. instant.

It's great to have an elderly person in the hostage rescue team.He has over 60 years of experience ... but yeah sometimes this will happen.

JUST GO BACK INSIDE.THE HOSTAGE IS SAFE.

He also has bad eyes but we love him anyway.

I switched from instant to brewed one.
Instant coffee is great when you're on the move (especially in those individual stick pack thingy).
