I bow to those that post from phones. I cant do it. I can barely stand to post from my iPad. I am spoiled by big screens. I have 2 24" monitors I use on my desktop compiter.

I am leaning to one of the Springfield's. I don't own a 1911 and have wanted one for a long time and everytime I have saved up the $$ I ended up buying something else, like a H and K or a PPQ or a Sig 556.

I have a Colt Combat Elite for sale. Not sure if that's something your looking for.

It bugs me that they only make those in stainless steel. I think when I buy my first 1911 I'll end up with a Springfield or a Para Ordnance.

It bugs me that of the 2 Ruger pistols I bought both of them didn't work right and I had to send them back. Customer Service is great but quality control sucks.
