I live 3/4 of a mile from the station. the only days I go in when I am not working is Saturday and Sunday. I pay $1.29 on those days. Days I work, I pay .55 cents

I need to quit it. I'm doing much better. I only drink 1 on the days I am off work. 2 on the days I work. Now if I can cut those out, I will feel so much better and lose weight so much faster

I used to be that way. I drink a lot of water now. It's a start.

Still down 26lbs too. I am stuck and need a shove over that hump

Wife has had so many intestinal surgery's she can barely hold the weight she has now. The caffeine and such are a mainstay.
I drink water/Gatorade/vitamin waters. I will have some Sprite with pop corn. Fruit punch with a fast food meal.

I wish I had the time. I want to shoot the AR-10 in the worst way. I put my Vortec Viper optic on it last night and changed out the grip to one that fits my hand better.

My contacts say depending on where the line is it could be torrential rain or 6" to 12" depending on location.

Oh that's not bad, I heard someone on 700 WLW say something about a foot of snow. He was prob just being a blowhard.
