I'm building one for a friend now. He doesn't know it yet, I'm gonna surprise him & his wife when we are finished. He did something a couple of years ago that really helped me out and I need to repay him.

My most recent build was only around $425-$435. Bought parts on Black Friday, Blems, closeouts, etc. Just have to be patient and buy the part when they are on sale.
