yes, the youngest daughter just got here and waiting on my sister. Going to the Casino on 74.
Of course we won't have much time now, but that's ok too. The time we have is precious.

Roads a slick, but traffic is the real problem. Fools driving like it is nothing then wreck/slide off and cause back ups. I just got back to the office from a meeting downtown, it was crazy.

took my daughter 20 minutes to get from Keystone to Allisonville on 465. yes it is bad. Saw 2 wrecks on her way down through the city streets from the north side. yes it is bad

WE had to run a no heat and stop at a few places. Several idiots in 4WD vehicles that were sliding around out of control. I guess the instruments and controls need to be in Spanish. Turn on the 4WD dummy's

Agreed...4WD is only so effective. I really hate it when I'm being a safe driver on the road taking my time to NOT get in a accident, then some goober fly on past me like I'm sitting still. I'm waiting for them to slide of the road so I can tell them "hell no, you crazy driver!" if they ask me to pull them out.

Safest place for them and everybody else is your ass to be stuck in the damn ditch.

When I drove to St Louis last Wednesday after the Blizzard, at least 2/3s of the vehicles in the ditch were 4wd.

Not so. I just put new shoes on my truck and they are a very passive tread pattern. It is so obvious when it is in 2 WD. It gets around OK like that but 4WD is king right now.
