I suppose it is a bit more work than just boiling and peeling them...

I love eggs but I can't eat too many of them or I start to get nauseated and/or terrible indigestion.

I am making them for Christmas dinner though. No one brought them to my sisters for Thanksgiving and I am not having two holidays without them
