    Mine doesn't start until Wednesday so I'm not going to stress about it, I've got a couple days to make adjustments... I need to go buy fruit!

    Oh - even if you don't abide by the goal - it's good to track regardless as it will give you a feel for what is or isn't good/too much.

    Last time I did this I got to the point where I could guesstimate the calories in a meal just by looking at it - not perfect but close enough. The issue was when I stopped tracking at all and began to slip into eating more and more at a sitting again.

    Haha... I get 1800~1900 soooooooo. :)

    I ended up pushing my exercising harder so that I could still eat what I would consider 'normal' while still hitting my calorie goals.
    Where does it say how many you get per day? Mine says 2900 something, is that how many I can have or how many I need to burn?
