WE have to fabricate some parts and I have 2 estimates to put together. Estimates/parts gathering and fabrication are the part of the job no one sees. It can take more time than the actual job.

Yes it is. When we roll up to do a system all the parts and pieces are made and require little if any modifications. We knock out the install and move out. Folks always say "well, that did not take as long as we thought it would"

Add 8 to 10 hrs. on to that and there it is.......
