I've had to fix my neighbor's fence twice... due to ice storms taking down parts of our big pine trees. At least it was cheap... just the top rail of chain link.

pretty sure he can get by just replacing that. But this is also the guy who took his hail damage money and didn't fix the house

that is my squirrel feeder

before the storm I had 2 squirrel nests in the tree... last I looked they were still there
