I never wanted to go to work. I was asked to work there and I was promised he would work with me on the boys school and him being home. That is all that mattered to me, being home for the boy

M-F 8:45-2ish

get trucks Tuesday & Friday.. Fridays is late though after I leave and it is stocked when I come back Monday

he said I would have to work a weekend now and then. Haven't work a one yet. The asst manager told me smile and move on. Weekends were covered so unless someone needs one off, I will probably never work one!!

you don't. unless you have a ways to go until you retire. if you have a lot of time, take it because you don't want to have to train a new boss

I think what their going to end up doing ,is phase his job out and the plant manager will take his duties to a cetain exstent -- as it is now ,he has to go ask if he can order this and that -so they will just cut that out , i will still be ahead of Maintenance -just not in a office

if he's not able to do anything on his own, I agree, phase it out
