Or cavaties. Or those dreadful cleanings where they scrape and scrape and scrape. Dr. Quinn, I can honestly say, has brushed her teeth twice a day, AND flossed twice a day since I have known her, (24yrs.) The last time she went for cleaning was 5 yrs. ago, said she'll never go back. Teeth felt screwy for 6 mo.You'll feel better once it's all over. The change takes some getting used to but in the end I feel like it's worth it. I wound up with a few sore spots but that's nothing that can't be fixed with a few adjustments
Boy, the state cops were out heavy today, but they were all watching for westbound. If anyone was speeding in the construction zone near TH, it's gonna be expensive.
