    You even have some where you cant drive on highways or cant drive too far from where you live I think.
    Not sure if it keeps people from driving at night.
    If you know you're not good driving at night you can just decide not to do it and dont need to change your licence for that. :dunno:

    That's what I do. I'm ok around home if its not raining. I wont go anywhere else at night. My depth perception sucks at night.

    that was funny sylvain... reminds me last week or so ago when they reopened the 65/70 split downtown. News reported the lights weren't done and working yet but the interstate was reopened. Thought to myself "what happened to headlights?"
