I have some customers in the UP of Michigan like that. It's 78-80 and sunny and I walk into their offices and they have 12 fans going and complain about the heat. I usually laugh at them, if you want heat & humidity try Cincinnati in the summer. But I understand, your just not used to it.

yep and they are about 1/4 the calories of the breaded tenders.

breaded tenders are just over 100 calories each. and they only list the naked as a 3 tender group and it is 150 calories for 3 tenders if you get them naked.

a biscuit is 240 calories. I treat myself to one biscuit a month.

Man, that really sounds good. Cut up the tenders and mix them with the rice.
