Yep. I was afraid that I would have some problems with customs when I came back from Thailand, but it went well.

Me too. I have a feeling that a smart ass remark would have earned me some OC or a taser with this guy.

I still haven't heard anything from the US Embassy who was going to "deal with me".
The poor guy who interviewed me for hours was really confused and probably thought he prevented the next 9/11 attacks or something.

A smartass remark almost cost me my job a few years ago. I did tell a big wig the truth but I guess I wasn't very nice. I ended up apologizing to her but made it clear I was apologizing for the wording I chose, not for what I said.

Me too.
For some reasons US Customs officers dont like when you ask them why they dont master any foreign language when their job is to deal with foreigners.
It was painful to see them trying to understand French and having to use Google Translate as a last resort.
They couldn't translate Arabic as they couldn't type it on their computer though.

Well now I do need a visa since I was deported once.
I dont think im on the no fly list.The officer said I was welcome to come back with a visa but no longer can come without a visa.
So it makes no sense.
