I've known Nick since long before he was IMPD, I am sure had he seen the vehicle there, he would have done the same without being IMPD.

this is not the story I saw, different channel, the channel that carried it doesn't have it up

it took 5 officers to get her out. It was bad. From what I saw, he was one of the first on scene though
