Not too shabby. Getting caught up. Also getting droopy eyed.

Just glad to have made it home. Figured out that the reason my (ok well my other half's) car reeks of gas is that there's a pin sized hole in one of the fuel lines and it's spraying out

It's near the rear of the engine bay so it's venting out the hood and I'm not super worried about a fire, but I AM losing fuel.

Yeah I think we're gonna take it to the shop around the corner in the morning. If I can somehow just make it to work and back tomorrow I have Thursday and Friday off. We'll deal with it somehow. If all else fails I can air up the tire on my little beater and hope it holds enough air for a day

There's actually a patch on another fuel line in the car and it's held wonderfully. This one may be a hard line though. Not sure. So I guess to the shop it goes.

Coq au vin is actually not easy to make...not the right way anyway. You can cut corners but it tastes nasty that way

Translation: you are NOT having coq au vin for dinner

Me neither. I know enough to get by (usually) but not enough to fix this problem. Especially since I don't have the proper tools
