Wish my son had that problem. they can't sell their house and he has a job down here and lost the house they wanted cause they couldn't sell theirs. You want to buy a house in Crown Point?

We actually got a horrible appraisal and paid a couple grand to get out of ours since we wanted to move now!

But our new interest rate will be 3.5 vs the 7 we had so it will be huge savings in the long run. Plus we could get our daughter into a good school system.
