The Roast beef on Weck It is the 'breaded tenderloin' equivalent for Western NY.
Thin Roast beef, with a gravy on a Kimmelweck Roll (Kaiser roll with encrusted salt).

Speaking of food, we had BLT's, spinach and corn on the cob tonight.

I found some bacon in Wisconsin that is amazing. Thick cut with pepper. I'll have to look, I don't remember the brand.
