Sorry for the slow response. I was watching Syrians fail at civil war/explode. Once you watch a video of one of them eating a rocket it's hard to stop.

I look for a chance to dive whenever possible. I wouldn't mind going to dive ANY time.

Step 4: fly to China
Step 4: fly to DPRK for your tour


It seriously is that simple. They are desperate for hard currency. If you have cash they WILL issue a visa.

Hahaha nice. Cuba is first on my communist country tour list. I would like to see the Korean Peninsula though

Cuba is really easy to get to. You simply need to fly there from another country. They welcome Americans and our money with open arms. I have some Canadian friends that dive in Cuba regularly.
